Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. We currently ship within the United States only.
How to Return
Within 30 days of delivery, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid-label quote.
Change-of-mind returns are at your cost; if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is on us.
Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Not Eligible for Return
- Items past the 30-day window
- Used, washed, or damaged items that can't be resold
- Custom and personalized items (unless defective)
- Clearance and final-sale items
Damaged or Missing Items
If the box arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening. Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours with photos — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.
