Frequently Asked Questions
What voltage does it run on?
20V, which is standard household here. No adapter, no converter, nothing extra to buy.
How long does the battery last?
The runtime is in the specs — it covers a full apartment clean or several car details per charge. Recharging is quick, and a spare battery doubles your run on big days.
Is the suction strong enough for real messes?
The suction rating is in the title — the PA numbers are honest, and it pulls hair, crumbs, and debris off the floor properly. The attachments reach car seats and crevices too.
What floor types is it for?
The kit handles tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl with the right head or setting — check the photos for the setup for each. That flexibility is the point of the set.
Does the drain stay clear?
Normally yes — the design is built for the usual hair and soap flow. A quick rinse under hot water after use keeps it moving like day one.
Does it feel as good as it looks?
The finish in the photos is the finish in the box — solid materials, clean finishing on the parts you touch, no corner-cutting. That is what the reviews keep mentioning.
