Frequently Asked Questions
Does it come assembled?
Check the photos for the assembly notes — modular and compressed pieces set up at home with the included tools, and the no-assembly versions slide out of the box ready. Setup is minutes for most people.
How many do I actually get?
The set runs to 6 pieces — that is the real count, not a rounded-up marketing number. It is the figure worth comparing against price when you are looking at similar sets.
What are the actual dimensions?
It measures about 72.8" at the widest point, with the rest of the numbers in the specs. Measure your spot against those before ordering — thirty seconds now saves a courier round trip later.
Is the seating soft or firm?
It is the deep, plush cloud feel — supportive under you but soft on the surface. If you want a stiff formal couch, this is the opposite; if you want sink-in comfort, this is it.
It arrived compressed. How long until it fully expands?
Give it 24–48 hours to reach full size — the foam decompresses and the cover smooths out over that window. A little fluffing and shaking speeds it along.
Will it fit my living room?
Measure your space against the dimensions in the photos, especially the doorway it has to come through. The chaise orientation can usually be set left or right, which helps in tight rooms.
